Get to Know Bob
Robert (Bob) Allen, Founder of Harper Financial Associates and a Managing Director of Redwood Tax Specialists, has been helping families manage risk and finances since 2000. Bob acts as a Fiduciary and is a certificate holder with the National Social Security Association, an Investment Advisor Representative and a Licensed Health and Life insurance agent. After 20 years as a sole practitioner, Bob formed Harper Financial Associates to meet the needs of a growing client base. He provides comprehensive financial strategies, and his client-first approach is his number-one priority when seeking retirement income plans for them. Ensuring clients have confidence in their financial future is what drives Bob to design the most tax-efficient and income-maximizing strategies possible.
The firm is a family operation and includes his wife Maureen as operations manager, and step-daughter Emily as event coordinator. Bob and Maureen are a life-long residents of the Boston area and currently live in Hull, MA. During his spare time, Bob enjoys playing golf and tennis and traveling. Bob is an active volunteer with Habitat for Humanity.
